Extra travel, extra fun. From rowdy enduro runs to backcountry missions on steep, chunky singletrack, this new composite 29er builds on the Trance 29 platform with beefed up suspension and adjustable frame geometry.

This new member of the Trance family is designed with a longer travel suspension setup for added control on the most challenging trails. The full composite frame is engineered for 135mm of rear travel and 150mm up front. The Maestro rear suspension has a two-stage adjustable Advanced Forged Composite rocker arm with a trunnion-mount shock. The flip-chip equipped rocker arm lets you adjust frame geometry for your own riding style and terrain. To fine tune the ride, you can choose a steeper or slacker headtube angle (66.2 or 65.5 degrees) and seattube angle (77.9 or 77.2), which results in either a 30mm or 40mm bottom bracket drop. And it’s all built around 29-inch wheels for added stability on rugged terrain.

29er confidence and control: 29-inch wheels roll over rough terrain with balance and stability, giving you more momentum for technical climbs and the confidence to fly on fast, rugged singletrack descents. Added clearance for up to 2.5-inch tires.

Progressive suspension: New Maestro rear suspension features a trunnion mount shock with a longer stroke and smoother feel. With 135mm of full rear-wheel travel (and 150mm up front), it features a two-position adjustable Advanced Forged Composite flip-chip upper rocker arm for increased stiffness and strength plus lower overall frame weight.

Adjustable frame geometry: Lightweight Advanced-grade composite frameset features adjustable geometry that offers 66.2 or 65.5-degree headtube and 77.9 or 77.2-degree seattube angles, resulting in 30mm or 40mm bottom bracket drop options for aggressive trail configurations.

Giant

How do you define the ultimate cycling experience? That’s up to you. Our mission at Giant is to help make it happen. To create the ultimate cycling experience for all riders, all around the world.

We are builders and innovators, but we are also a global community of cyclists. We are athletes, adventurers and advocates for cycling. We are Tour de France racers, singletrack explorers, neighbors and friends.

It’s true that Giant is the world’s largest producer of high-quality bikes, but we never forget where we came from. We started small. And we were founded on the idea that the best way to inspire passion for cycling is to create the best products, and make them accessible to all riders. That’s what we did back then. That’s what we do today.

Much has changed since we started in 1972. In fact, Giant has long been one of cycling’s main catalysts for change. We introduced lighter, stronger aluminum frames at a time when the industry standard was steel. We were first to make carbon fiber bikes widely available to the world. We defined the look and feel of modern road racing bikes with our Compact Road technology. And we revolutionized off-road performance bikes with Maestro Suspension.

Today, this spirit of innovation is stronger than ever. Our collection of gear and apparel, developed and tested by some of the top teams and athletes in pro racing, continues to expand. Our industry-leading E-bikes are redefining what’s possible for riders of all abilities.

These innovations serve a larger purpose. It’s not just about winning races and producing lighter, stronger, faster bikes. That’s part of it, but it’s also about making cycling more enjoyable and approachable. To everyone.

When we talk about “Ride Life,” this is what we mean. Our products, our people, our passion. Our commitment to enhancing your cycling life. You can find us at our more than 12,000 retail stores around the world, or connect with us online from wherever you are. We are always accessible and never too far away.

Ride Life. Ride Giant.
